Sherry Marcuson is the Co-Founder of Realm Investment Properties, a real estate investment firm focused on creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and client-centered service. With a strong background in administrative support, she brings extensive experience in operational efficiency, issue resolution, and client care.
Sherry is passionate in assisting homeowners facing foreclosure and developing accessible pathways to homeownership through seller financing and rent-to-own programs, particularly for first-time buyers and individuals with credit challenges. She also works with landlords to provide streamlined, stress-free property solutions and guidance.
It is Sherry’s desire to build God’s Kingdom by approaching all real estate connections with trustworthiness, honesty and commitment. Working hard to build relationships with both property owners and investors through effective communication and integrity.

Kirk Marcuson
Co-Founder
Kirk Marcuson is the Co-Founder of Realm Investment Properties. He brings strong leadership experience in industrial project design and management, with a background in large animal feeding operations and confectionery operations.
Kirk leverages his expertise in maintenance, quality control, personnel management, project design and construction oversight to develop practical solutions for families, landlords, investors, and communities.
He is deeply committed to community service, actively volunteering with local fire and rescue teams, participating in Boy Scouts leadership, and supporting his church. Kirk is especially passionate about serving veterans and giving back in recognition of their sacrifice.
Dedicated and results-driven, Kirk works to deliver the best possible outcomes for every client by creating win-win real estate solutions built on integrity, trust, and long-term value. He looks forward to serving the local Kansas City community and surrounding communities.
Derek Marcuson
Co-Founder
Derek Marcuson is a partner of Realm Investment Properties, bringing strong leadership and problem-solving skills from his career in Aviation and Spaceline Maintenance. Living in Las Cruces, NM and leading his team at SpacePort America, working for Virgin Galactic, Derek was on the team that launched the first commercial flight into space. Along with his leadership skills and ability to handle complex situations he is looking forward to helping families, landlords and investor’s structure deals that benefit all parties. Creating win-win solutions which are guided by his strong faith, integrity and a heart for people. Derek is approachable, compassionate, hardworking and has a vision to build God’s Kingdom through real estate. Meeting people, discussing solutions and finding answers in the New Mexico and surrounding areas are what he is passionate about as he helps to grow Realm Investment Properties.
